FMS Audit Gold Membership Plan includes an online and downloadable Facility Management System (FMS) manual, 16 downloadable key forms for implementing and maintaining your FMS, assistance with self-certification and subsequent submission of Internal Audits and Management Reviews and their assessment for the purpose of issuing a Confirmation of Conformance. Third-party certification is subject to satisfactory further Internal Audits and Management Reviews and payment of an external audit fee which is determined by the size and complexity of your FMS. This Plan also includes emailed updates on developments in the ISO 41000-series standards.
